New Construction

​New home construction projects allow the Homeowner the unique opportunity to evaluate  all facets of the audio/video and automation spectrum for potential inclusion in their new home.  After spending time reviewing plans and specifications in our offices one of our team members will arrange for a meeting to discuss the project. The Owner's lifestyle and thoughts relative to the types of systems they are familiar with and are considering are always at the center of the conversation. 

 

While reviewing the project and plans together we are able to further discuss the client's needs and present options related to current technology,   This short process provides the basis for producing a Preliminary Design Proposal to confirm that all information has been captured correctly and to be used as a means of establishing a budget for this work.  Upon feedback from the Client the proposal is refined into a Final Design Proposal.

Once contracted RS&D produces a set of plans for reference by the homeowner and their design team, as well as by our technicians during and after the construction process.
